Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

In a bowl, combine lemon juice, curry powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Whisk together to create a marinade. Add the salmon fillets and coat them well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Salmon

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the marinated salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  3. 3

    Make Tzatziki

In a bowl, combine the grated cucumber, yogurt, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes to blend the flavors.

  4. 4

    Prepare Chana Masala

In a pot, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add cooked chickpeas, salt, and spices as desired. Heat through and mash slightly for texture.

  5. 5

    Roasted Pepper Sauce

In a blender, combine roasted red peppers with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.

  6. 6

    Serve

On a plate, serve the baked salmon topped with zhug, alongside the chana masala, tzatziki, and roasted pepper sauce. Sprinkle with sumac for an extra zing.
