Preparation of Meats
- 1
Marinate the Meats
In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Place all the meats in a large zip-lock bag or a bowl, and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
Cooking the Meats
- 2
Grill the Meats
Preheat your grill to high heat. Remove the meats from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Place ribeye steaks and filet mignon on the grill for about 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time based on thickness. Grill lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes per side and pork tenderloin for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
