Method

Cooking the Dumplings

  1. 1

    Prepare the Dumplings

Remove the Ling Ling dumplings from the package and set them aside.

  2. 2

    Heat the Pan

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

  3. 3

    Cook the Dumplings

Add the dumplings to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes until they are golden brown on the bottom.

  4. 4

    Steam the Dumplings

Add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet and cover it immediately to steam the dumplings for an additional 5-6 minutes.

  5. 5

    Finish Cooking

Once the water has evaporated, uncover and let them cook for another minute to crisp up the bottoms.

  6. 6

    Garnish

Slice the green onions and sprinkle them over the cooked dumplings.
