Appetizer: Stuffed Mushrooms

    Prepare the Mushrooms

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, setting them aside.

    Make the Filling

    In a bowl, combine cream cheese, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

    Stuff the Mushrooms

    Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture and place them on a baking sheet.

    Drizzle with Olive Oil

    Drizzle the stuffed mushrooms with olive oil.

    Bake

    Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Main Course: Herb-Crusted Roast Beef

    Prepare the Roast

    Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C). Rub the beef roast with olive oil.

    Season the Roast

    In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the beef roast.

    Roast the Beef

    Place the beef roast in a roasting pan and pour the beef broth into the pan. Roast for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 325°F (163°C) and continue roasting for about 1.5-2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.

    Rest and Serve

    Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with pan juices.

Dessert: Sparkling Champagne Jello

    Prepare Gelatin

    In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of water and add the gelatin powder. Stir until completely dissolved.

    Combine Ingredients

    In a large bowl, combine the dissolved gelatin, sugar, and champagne. Mix well.

    Add Berries

    Pour the mixture into serving cups and add fresh berries to each cup.

    Chill

    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

    Garnish and Serve

    Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
