Prepare Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients and equipment needed for making sausage links. If using casings, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before use.

Mix the Sausage Filling
In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, red pepper flakes, and chopped parsley. Mix with your hands until all ingredients are well incorporated.

If using casings, carefully stuff the mixture into the casings, tying off the ends securely. If not using casings, form the mixture into patties or links.
