Cook the Omelet
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbs of butter. Once melted, pour the beaten eggs into the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the edges start to set, then gently lift the edges with a spatula, allowing uncooked egg to flow underneath. Cook until the top is just set. Slide the omelet onto a plate.

Prepare the Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.

Season and Bake
Place the potato wedges in a bowl. Drizzle with 2 tbs of olive oil, and add 1 tsp of paprika, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and 0.5 tsp of salt. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated. Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Toast the Bread
While the fries are baking, toast 2 slices of bread in a toaster. Once toasted, spread 1 tbs of butter on each slice.
