Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

In a small bowl, beat the 2 eggs with salt and black pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet. Cook to your desired style (scrambled, fried, or poached). Remove from heat and set aside.

Meat

  1. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In the same skillet, add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  2. 4

    Cook the Sausage

In the same skillet, cook the sausage links for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.

  3. 5

    Cook the Ham

If using ham, add the slice to the skillet for the last 2 minutes to warm it up.

Pancakes or French Toast

  1. 6

    Pancake Batter Preparation

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and sugar. In another bowl, mix the milk, 1 egg, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

  2. 7

    Cook the Pancakes

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes each side.

  3. 8

    Prepare French Toast (Alternative)

If choosing French toast, dip each bread slice into the egg-milk mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.

  4. 9

    Cook the French Toast (Alternative)

In the skillet, cook the soaked bread slices until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  5. 10

    Serve

Serve the cooked pancakes or French toast with maple syrup drizzled on top.
