Preparing the Wedge Fries

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash the potatoes thoroughly and slice them into wedges.

In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.

Spread the seasoned wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
