Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Lime Preparation

Wash the limes thoroughly under running water to remove any pesticides or dirt. Cut each lime into quarters.

  2. 2

    Blending

In a blender, combine the quartered limes, sugar, and water. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until the limes are well blended but not completely liquefied.

  3. 3

    Strain the Mixture

Using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, strain the blended mixture into a large pitcher to remove the pulp and lime skins. Press down on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.

  4. 4

    Add Condensed Milk

Pour in the condensed milk to the strained lime mixture and stir well until fully combined.

  5. 5

    Chill and Serve

Add ice to the pitcher, stir again, and serve immediately in tall glasses. Optionally, garnish each glass with mint leaves and a lime slice.
