Method

Prepare the Wedge Fries

  1. 1

    Cut and Season the Potatoes

Wash and cut the potatoes into wedge shapes. In a bowl, toss the wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until evenly coated.

  2. 2

    Bake the Wedges

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the seasoned wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Cook the Protein

  1. 3

    Cook Your Choice of Protein

In a skillet over medium heat, cook your choice of protein (ham, bacon, sausage, or hash browns) until fully cooked and browned. For bacon, cook until crispy. For sausage, cook until browned and no longer pink in the center.

Cook the Eggs

  1. 4

    Prepare the Eggs

In a bowl, crack the fresh XL eggs and whisk lightly. Season with salt and black pepper.

  2. 5

    Cook the Eggs

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a little oil or butter if desired. Pour in the eggs and cook to your preferred style: scramble, sunny side up, or over-easy. Cook until the eggs are set to your liking.

Toast the Bread

  1. 6

    Toast and Butter

While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices. Once toasted, spread butter on them while they are still hot.

Serve

  1. 7

    Plating the Meal

Once everything is cooked, plate the eggs, chosen protein, wedge fries, and toast. Serve immediately and enjoy!
