Season the Filet Mignon
Pat the filet mignon dry with paper towels. Rub both sides with olive oil, then season generously with salt and black pepper.

Sear the Filet
In a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, add the filet mignon. Sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Add rosemary and crushed garlic cloves to the skillet.

Prepare the Asparagus and Tomatoes
Trim the ends of the asparagus. In a separate pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add asparagus and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze
Remove the asparagus and tomatoes from heat and drizzle balsamic glaze over them.

On each plate, place a filet mignon at the center. Arrange the sautéed asparagus and cherry tomatoes around the steak.
