In a separate skillet, warm the corn tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

On each tortilla, layer a generous spoonful of black beans, followed by ranchero sauce, and poblano sauce. Top each with a cooked egg, sliced avocado, and a sprinkle of cotija cheese.
