Dip Preparation

Sauté Spinach
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

Mix Dip Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until smooth and well blended.

Add Spinach and Artichokes
Chop the wilted spinach and add it to the mixing bowl along with the chopped artichoke hearts. Stir until evenly incorporated.

Transfer to Baking Dish
Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake the Dip
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the dip for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

Prepare Flatbreads
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut each flatbread into triangles or strips.

Place the cut flatbreads on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt. Toss to coat evenly.

Bake the flatbread in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
