Prepare the Salad

Combine the Greens and Fruits
In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, sliced strawberries, blueberries, and drained mandarin oranges. Toss gently to mix.
Make the Candied Walnuts

Toast and Candy the Walnuts
In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the chopped walnuts, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir continuously until the sugar has melted and the walnuts are evenly coated (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from heat and spread the walnuts onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool.
Prepare the Dressing

Mix the Vinaigrette
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Assemble the Salad

Combine Everything
Once the walnuts have cooled, add them to the salad bowl with the greens and fruits. Drizzle the apple vinaigrette dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
