Burger Preparation

Prepare the Burger Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties.

Add Cheese and Peppers
After flipping the patties, place a slice of pepperjack cheese on each patty along with a spoonful of roasted red peppers. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Toast the Buns
While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns on a separate pan until golden brown.

Make the Divide Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until well combined and set aside.
Assemble the Burger

Build the Burger
On the bottom half of each toasted bun, place the cooked burger patty with melted cheese and roasted peppers. Drizzle generously with Divide sauce, top with onion rings, and place the top half of the bun.
