Prepare the Vegetables
In a large bowl, combine the sliced bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms. Toss them with a little olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

Cook the Beef
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Melt the Cheese
Place the slices of American cheese on top of the beef and vegetable mixture. Cover the skillet with a lid and let it sit for about 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Fill the Wraps
Lay each garlic and herb wrap flat on a clean surface. Spoon an equal amount of the beef and vegetable mixture onto the center of each wrap.

Fold in the sides of the wrap and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, ensuring the filling is secure inside.
