Prepare the Burger Patty

Mix Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined without overworking the meat.

Form Patties
Divide the meat mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.

Prepare the Toppings

Cook French Fries
Prepare the french fries according to package instructions, either by baking or frying until crispy.
Make the Brown Gravy Sauce

Add Flour
Sprinkle the flour into the melted butter, whisking continuously for about 1-2 minutes until the mixture is golden brown.

Add Beef Broth
Gradually add the beef broth while whisking to avoid lumps. Continue to cook until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the salt and black pepper to taste.
Assemble the Burger

Place a cooked burger patty on the bottom half of the burger bun. Top with a generous serving of french fries, a handful of cheese curds, and pour the hot brown gravy sauce over the top. Finish with the other half of the bun.
