Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Chill the Glass

Before mixing the drink, place your martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill.

  2. 2

    Mix the Ingredients

In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Ultra-Premium Gin and 1 oz of Dry Vermouth. Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes.

  3. 3

    Stir the Mixture

Using a long bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds. The goal is to chill the drink without creating too much dilution.

  4. 4

    Strain into Glass

Remove the ice from your chilled martini glass. Using a strainer, pour the mixed drink into the glass.

  5. 5

    Garnish

Garnish the martini with 3 Sicilian Castelvetrano Green Olives on a cocktail skewer or directly in the glass.
