Prepare the Glass
Take a lowball glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Marker’s Mark Bourbon, 1 tsp of sugar, and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.

Stir the Mixture
Add ice to the mixing glass and stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Remove the ice from the lowball glass and strain the mixed drink into the glass.

Garnish
Twist a piece of orange peel over the drink to release the oils and then place it in the glass as a garnish.
