Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling a cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the cocktail.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, add 2 ounces of J. Carver Rye Whisky, 1 ounce of Lustau Sweet Vermouth, and 3 dashes of the trio of bitters.

Stir
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled and diluted.

Strain
Discard the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass and use a strainer to pour the mixture into the glass.

Garnish
Finally, garnish your Manhattan with a single Bordeaux cherry placed in the center of the drink.
