Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

Trim the asparagus and cut the bell peppers and zucchini into bite-sized pieces. In a mixing bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Grilling

  1. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  2. 4

    Grill the Vegetables

While the salmon is grilling, place the seasoned vegetables on the grill. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 5

    Plate the Dish

Once the salmon and vegetables are cooked, remove them from the grill. Serve the grilled salmon on a plate alongside the grilled seasonal vegetables.

  2. 6

    Garnish (Optional)

You can garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or dill for added flavor and presentation.
