    Prepare the Glass

    Fill a wine glass or large tumbler with ice to chill it while you mix the cocktail.

    Mix the Ingredients

    In a separate mixing glass, pour in 2 oz of Amaro, followed by 3 oz of Prosecco and 1 oz of soda water.

    Combine and Stir

    Gently stir the mixture in the mixing glass to combine the ingredients without losing the carbonation from the Prosecco and soda water.

Assembly

    Strain into Glass

    Remove the ice from the chilled glass and strain the mixed cocktail into the glass filled with fresh ice.

    Garnish the Cocktail

    Garnish with a slice of orange on the rim of the glass and add fresh mint leaves for aroma and color.
