Combine Ingredients
In a blender, combine the pineapple juice, coconut cream, white rum, and ice cubes.

Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.

Take a chilled glass and pour the blended mixture into it.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, and sprinkle coconut flakes on top.
