Clean the Mushrooms
Gently clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Carefully remove the stems from each mushroom and set them aside.

Prepare the Stuffing
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Chop the Mushroom Stems
Finely chop the reserved mushroom stems and add them to the stuffing mixture. Stir to incorporate.

Fill the Mushrooms
Using a spoon or a piping bag, fill each mushroom cap with the prepared stuffing mixture, pressing down gently to ensure they are filled generously.
Baking

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bake the Stuffed Mushrooms
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top of each mushroom if desired. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
