Pork Ribs

Method

Preparation of Ribs

  1. 1

    Season the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and brown sugar. Rub this mixture all over the pork ribs.

  2. 2

    Bake the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.

Preparation of Signature House Sauce

  1. 3

    Mix the Sauce

In a saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, hot sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Cook over medium heat until warmed through and well combined, about 5-10 minutes.

Preparation of Coleslaw

  1. 4

    Make the Coleslaw

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrot. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well coated.

Finishing Touches

  1. 5

    Broil the Ribs

Once the ribs are tender, remove them from the oven and preheat the broiler. Brush the ribs with the signature house sauce and broil for 5-7 minutes, until caramelized.

  2. 6

    Serve

Serve the ribs with coleslaw, dill pickles, and your choice of vegetables or fries.
