Base Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This ensures that your banana mixture bakes evenly.

  2. 2

    Prepare Baking Dish

Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Mixing Ingredients

  1. 3

    Mash Bananas

In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas using a fork until smooth.

  2. 4

    Combine Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  3. 5

    Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and banana flavoring. Mix until well combined.

  4. 6

    Combine All Ingredients

Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Baking

  1. 7

    Pour Mixture into Pan

Pour the banana batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

  2. 8

    Bake

Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  3. 9

    Cool

Once baked, remove the banana loaf from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
