Brewing Instructions

1. Mashing

Heat 15 liters of water to 67°C. Add the pale malt and caramel malt to the water. Maintain the temperature for 60 minutes.

2. Lautering

After mashing, drain the liquid (wort) and sparge with 5 liters of hot water at 75°C.

3. Boiling

Bring the wort to a boil and add Cascade hops. Boil for 60 minutes, adding Hallertau hops in the last 15 minutes.

4. Cooling

Cool the wort quickly to 20°C using a wort chiller.

5. Fermentation

Transfer the cooled wort to a sanitized fermenter and pitch the yeast. Seal and let ferment at 20°C for about 1-2 weeks.

6. Bottling

Once fermentation is complete, siphon the beer into sanitized bottles, adding priming sugar for carbonation, and cap the bottles.

7. Conditioning

Let the bottles condition at room temperature for 1-2 weeks before refrigerating and enjoying.
