Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semisweet chocolate and unsalted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Allow to cool slightly.

Mix Sugar, Eggs, and Vanilla
In a separate bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract until well combined and slightly frothy.

Combine Ingredients
Gradually pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring constantly to combine. Add the pinch of salt and mix well.

Add Flour
Sift the all-purpose flour over the chocolate mixture and gently fold it in until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Fill Ramekins
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling them about 3/4 full.
Baking

Bake the Cakes
Place the filled ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.

Cool and Serve
Let the cakes cool for 1 minute. Run a knife around the edges to loosen, then invert onto plates. Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
