Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Place the seasoned chicken wings on a baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Prepare the Sauce
While the wings are baking, you can prepare either the Buffalo sauce or the BBQ sauce. For Buffalo sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and honey. Stir until combined and heated through. For BBQ sauce, mix together BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder in a bowl until well combined.

Toss the Wings in Sauce
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and toss them in your desired sauce (Buffalo or BBQ) until well coated.
