Preparing Cauliflower

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Cauliflower
Wash the cauliflower head, remove the leaves, and cut it into bite-sized florets.

In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Baking Cauliflower

Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Making Buffalo Sauce

Prepare Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce and stir to combine. Remove from heat.
Making Ranch Dressing

In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Combining and Serving

Combine Cauliflower and Sauce
Once the cauliflower is baked and crispy, transfer it to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over it. Toss gently until the florets are evenly coated.
