Mix Aperol and Prosecco
In a large wine glass, combine 3 oz of Aperol with 4 oz of Prosecco.
Add Fresh Orange Juice
Pour in 2 oz of freshly squeezed orange juice and gently stir to mix the ingredients.
Top with Soda Water
Add 1 oz of soda water to the mixture for a refreshing fizz.
Garnishing
Add Orange Slice
Garnish your Aperol Spritz Mimosa with a slice of fresh orange placed on the rim of the glass.
Finish with Mint
Add a couple of fresh mint leaves on top for added aroma and garnish.
