Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Steep Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for about 5 minutes.

Remove the tea bags and stir in 1 cup of granulated sugar until dissolved.

Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
