Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and fully cooked.

Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, stir in the hot sauce and mix well.

Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in the hot sauce mixture until well coated.

Serve the hot wings with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
