Baked Burrata Ingredients

Method

Baked Burrata Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spicy Confit Garlic

In a small saucepan, combine the garlic cloves and 1/4 cup of olive oil. Cook over low heat for about 15-20 minutes, until the garlic is soft and fragrant. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. 3

    Combine the Sauces

In a baking dish, combine the roasted red peppers and tomato sauce. Stir well and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Add the Burrata

Gently place the burrata cheese in the center of the sauce mixture. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the cheese.

  5. 5

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is warm and gooey.

  6. 6

    Serve

While the burrata is baking, slice the rosemary bread and drizzle with olive oil. Toast the bread until golden brown. Serve the baked burrata with the toasted rosemary bread and the spicy confit garlic drizzled on top.
