1. Prepare the Bacon

2. Scramble the Eggs
In the same skillet, scramble the eggs in the bacon grease until just set. Remove the eggs from the skillet and set aside.
3. Cook the Rice
Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, allowing it to heat through and absorb the bacon flavor.
4. Combine Ingredients
Chop the cooked bacon and add it back to the skillet along with the scrambled eggs. Stir in the tamari, sesame oil, and chopped green onions. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
5. Finish and Serve
Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving. Adjust seasoning with additional tamari if needed. Serve hot.
