Prepare Soft Serve

Make the Soft Serve Base
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the whole milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until the sugar is dissolved. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft serve consistency.
Prepare Boba

Cook the Tapioca Pearls
In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the tapioca pearls and cook according to package instructions (usually about 5-7 minutes). Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water. Mix in 1 tablespoon of brown sugar until the pearls are well coated.

Brew the Tea
Brew the black tea and let it cool. You can add sugar or sweetener to taste if desired.
Assemble the Dessert

Combine and Serve
In a tall glass, add a generous scoop of the soft serve, followed by a layer of tapioca pearls, and then pour over the cooled black tea. Top with ice, rainbow sprinkles, chocolate sauce, and any additional fruit slices. Serve immediately with a wide straw for sipping the boba.
