Method
Preparing the Crab Legs
- 1
Thawing the Crab Legs
If using frozen snow crab legs, thaw them by placing them in the refrigerator overnight. If you're short on time, submerge them in cold water for about 30 minutes.
- 2
Boiling the Crab Legs
Fill a large pot with water, enough to cover the crab legs, and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, carefully add the crab legs. Boil for 5-7 minutes, until they are heated through.
Preparing the Corn on the Cob
- 3
Boiling the Corn
In a separate pot, fill it with water and bring to a boil. Add the corn on the cob and boil for 7-10 minutes until tender. Remove from water and let cool slightly.
Preparing the Drawn Butter
- 4
Melting the Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat until fully melted. This will take about 3-5 minutes. Be careful not to let it burn.

Plating the Dish
Arrange the boiled snow crab legs on a large platter. Add the corn on the cob on the side. Serve with small bowls of melted butter and lemon wedges on the table.

Adding Final Touches
Sprinkle salt over the crab legs and corn to taste. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the crab legs for an extra zing.
