In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lump crab meat, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Gently fold in the diced tomatoes and chopped green onions into the mixture.
