Preparing the Crab Filling

Mix the Crab Filling
In a medium bowl, combine the crab meat, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Gently fold the ingredients together until the crab is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.

Toast the Buns
While the crab filling is chilling, toast the hamburger buns until they are golden brown. You can do this in a toaster, oven, or on a skillet over medium heat.

After the crab filling has chilled, take the toasted buns and generously fill each bun with the crab mixture. Top with coleslaw.
