Prepare the Crab Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the jumbo lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, chopped green onions, and beaten egg. Mix carefully to avoid breaking the crab meat.

Add Bread Crumbs and Season
Gradually fold in the bread crumbs until the mixture is cohesive. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Form the Cakes
Using your hands, form the crab mixture into three equal-sized cakes, about 1 inch thick.

Chill the Cakes
Place the formed crab cakes on a plate, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Prepare the Remoulade Sauce
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped capers, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Mix well until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve the crab cakes hot, accompanied by the remoulade sauce for dipping.
