Burger Preparation

Prepare the Beef Patty
Form the ground beef into a patty, ensuring it is about 1 inch thick. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Charbroil the Patty
In the same skillet, increase the heat to high. Place the beef patty in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip the patty and place the cheddar cheese on top. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the patty reaches your desired doneness.

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of the burger bun, layer the lettuce, tomato, and onion slices. Place the charbroiled patty with melted cheese on top. Add the crispy bacon strips, then finish with the top half of the bun.

Prepare Coleslaw
In a bowl, mix the coleslaw mix with mayonnaise until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Prepare fries according to package instructions, either by baking or frying until golden brown and crispy.
