Prepare Noodles

1. Cook Egg Noodles

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare Vegetables

2. Chop Vegetables

While the noodles are cooking, wash and slice the bell pepper, julienne the carrot, and separate the broccoli into florets. Rinse the snow peas and chop the green onions.

Make Sauce

3. Mix Sauce Ingredients

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Set aside.

Cook Noodles and Vegetables

4. Stir-Fry

In a large wok or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

5. Combine Noodles and Sauce

Add the cooked noodles to the vegetables in the wok. Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss everything together. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

Serve

6. Plate and Garnish

Transfer the noodles to serving plates. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish. Serve hot.
