Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Protein

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or cook the shredded chicken until fully cooked. If using beef, drain any excess fat.

  2. 2

    Chop Vegetables

While the protein is cooking, wash and chop the lettuce, tomato, and green pepper. Slice the black olives if they are whole.

Assembly

  1. 3

    Prepare the Wraps

Lay out the tortilla wraps on a clean, flat surface.

  2. 4

    Add Ingredients

On each tortilla, layer the cooked protein, chopped lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, black olives, and shredded cheese.

  3. 5

    Top with Condiments

Add salsa and a dollop of sour cream on top of the layered ingredients.

Wrapping

  1. 6

    Wrap the Tortilla

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up from the bottom to secure all ingredients inside.

  2. 7

    Serve

Cut the wraps in half if desired and serve immediately, with extra salsa and sour cream on the side.
