Prepare the Burger Patties
In a bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Mix well and divide the mixture into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into a burger patty.

For the Side of Sweet Potato Fries

Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin strips resembling fries.

Season the Sweet Potatoes
In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato strips with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and salt until evenly coated.

Bake the Sweet Potatoes
Spread the seasoned sweet potato fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
