Method

Steak Bites

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized cubes, about 1 inch each.

  2. 2

    Season the Steak

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the steak cubes and toss to coat them evenly.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and let it melt. Once hot, add the seasoned steak bites in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.

Mashed Potatoes

  1. 4

    Prep the Potatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters.

  2. 5

    Cook the Potatoes

In a large pot, cover the potatoes with cold water and add a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until fork-tender.

  3. 6

    Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.

Corn

  1. 7

    Heat the Corn

In a saucepan, add the frozen corn and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the corn is heated through, about 5-7 minutes.

  2. 8

    Season the Corn

Season with salt to taste and stir to combine.

Rolls

  1. 9

    Prepare the Rolls

Heat the dinner rolls according to package instructions or in the oven until warm.

  2. 10

    Butter the Rolls

Spread butter on the warm rolls before serving.
