Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the fresh spinach. Cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Once cooled, chop the spinach finely.

  2. 2

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Baking

  1. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 4

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.

  3. 5

    Bake the Dip

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.

Serving

  1. 6

    Serve with Tortilla Chips

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips on the side for dipping.
