Cook the Chicken
If using grilled chicken, cook it on a grill or stovetop until fully cooked and golden brown. If using popcorn chicken, prepare it according to package instructions until crispy.

Prepare the Mashed Potatoes
Boil peeled potatoes until fork-tender, then mash them with butter, milk, and salt to taste until creamy and smooth.

Heat the Corn
If using frozen corn, heat it in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through. If using canned corn, drain and rinse, then heat in a saucepan.

Prepare the Gravy
Heat the brown gravy in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated through.

If not using pre-shredded mozzarella, shred the cheese using a cheese grater.

In a large bowl, start with a base of mashed potatoes, followed by a layer of corn, then the grilled or popcorn chicken on top.

Pour the warm brown gravy generously over the chicken layer.
