Method

Dough Preparation

  1. 1

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed.

  2. 2

    Combine Wet Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter until fully combined.

  3. 3

    Combine Mixtures

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined; be careful not to overmix.

Baking

  1. 4

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. 5

    Shape the Bites

Using a tablespoon, scoop small amounts of dough and shape them into small balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each bite.

  3. 6

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Coating

  1. 7

    Prepare Coating

In a small bowl, combine the ground cinnamon and powdered sugar. Mix well.

  2. 8

    Coat the Bites

Once the bites are out of the oven and slightly cooled, roll each bite in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
