Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation of Chicken

  1. 1

    Grilling or Breaded Chicken

Choose to either grill or bread the chicken breasts.

  2. 2

If grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  3. 3

If you prefer breaded chicken, dip each chicken breast in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the breaded chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.

Prepare Chipotle Mayo

  1. 4

    Making the Chipotle Mayo

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chipotle sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. 5

Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Adjust seasoning to taste. Set aside.

Assemble the Wrap

  1. 6

    Building Your Wrap

Gather all the components to create your wrap.

  2. 7

Place one tortilla wrap on a flat surface. Layer half of the lettuce, sliced tomato, grilled or breaded chicken, bacon, and cheddar cheese.

  3. 8

Drizzle a generous amount of chipotle mayo over the layers.

  4. 9

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom up to secure all the fillings. Repeat with the second wrap.

Serving

  1. 10

    Enjoy Your Chipotle Chicken Wrap

Cut each wrap in half and serve with extra chipotle mayo on the side, if desired.
