Preparation of Chicken Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Chicken
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
For Breaded Chicken Wings

Setup Breading Station
Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken wing in flour, dip into the beaten eggs, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure the breadcrumbs adhere.

Bake the Wings
Place the breaded (or unbreaded) chicken wings on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
